Whether you’re finding your next style obsession through one of our featured brands or shopping directly with us, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Here’s how our return policy works:
🛍️ Items Purchased on Popcherry
If you’ve purchased an item directly through Popcherry’s checkout, the following return policy applies:
- Change of Mind: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
- Final Sale: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

🌐 Items Purchased via Third-Party Stores or Apps
Popcherry is also a fashion discovery platform, showcasing styles from a wide range of partner brands and retailers. If you clicked through to another website or app to complete your purchase, that transaction is not covered by Popcherry’s return policy.
In these cases:
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges must be managed directly with the retailer or brand from whom the product was purchased.
- We recommend reviewing the return policy of the third-party retailer before completing your purchase.
- Popcherry cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or mediate disputes for products not sold via our own checkout.
🔍 Not sure where you bought it? Check your order confirmation email—if it came from a store other than Popcherry, your return must go through that store’s customer service team.
🔄 Exchanges
We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
- We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
💸 Refund Processing Time
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
