Simply click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link above the sign in button and follow the instructions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@popcherry.com.au if you continue to experience problems with your password.
Simply sign in to your account using your old email address, and click on Account Information. You can change your email there.
Once you’ve made your changes, press Save and your new email will be visible in your account details.
Make sure you have input the correct details by double-checking all your information carefully.
If the problems persist, please contact your banking institution to ensure there are no problems with the card.
