Where do you deliver to?

Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post's standard or express shipping service.
International deliveries are shipped with DHL’s Global Mail and Express Worldwide services.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do!

Please note that DHL Express Worldwide does not deliver to PO Boxes as it is courier service.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be packed and sent on the same day if ordered before 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

How can I track my parcel?

You will receive a shipping dispatch email with a tracking code once your parcel is dispatched.
Your tracking number may take up to 5 hours to become active.

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries can be made any time between 7.00am and 9.00pm.

Will a signature be needed for my delivery?

All parcels will need a signature.

What if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

The delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how and where you can collect your parcel from.

Can you deliver to a different address rather than my billing address?

Yes! Your parcel will be delivered to your shipping address, which can be different from your billing address.
If your shipping address is a company address, please specify the floor level and the company name in the billing address.

Can I have my in stock items shipped separately if I ordered it with a preorder item?

Yes! If you have ordered both a preorder and an in stock item, you will have an option of shipping the in stock item(s) first during checkout.
Make sure to select the ‘I want my items faster’ option in Shipping Method on the Checkout Page.

What if my parcel does not arrive?

Please wait patiently for 4 days after the promised delivery date in case there is a slight delay.
If you have still not received your order after this period, please contact us at support@popcherry.com.au stating your order and tracking number and we will do our best to track your parcel.

Can I have my items sent by express?

Yes. You can ship your Popcherry items with express services both domestically and internationally.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Customs and Import Duties are only charged for international orders leaving Australia.

Depending on the value of your order, your Popcherry parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of Popcherry’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
