How do I start shopping with my Popcherry VIP Membership?

It’s simple. When you’re ready to checkout, make sure that the Popcherry VIP Membership checkbox is ticked on the cart page. You’ll instantly see the savings you’ll be making compared to being a regular shopper.

How much does it cost to become a Popcherry VIP Member?

If you choose to become a Popcherry VIP Member, you'll have the option to 'Shop or Skip' by the 5th of every month. Otherwise, Popcherry will charge your account $50 which will then be converted to Popcherry store credit and placed into your Popcherry VIP Membership account.

When you're a Popcherry VIP Member, you'll be able to receive all the benefits such as the weekly exclusive Style Deals, up to 40% of RRP for all the latest items, free returns (for all Australian customers) and first dibs on all our latest promotions and sales. As a Popcherry VIP Member, you gain access to all these amazing offers 24/7, 365 days a year whether you Shop, Skip the Month or get charged the $50 store credit.

If you don't feel like shopping or want to Skip the Month, Popcherry sends out reminder emails during the 1st to 5th of every month.

Please note if you choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list, future Popcherry VIP notifications may not reach you. This includes Skip The Month reminder.

How do I Skip the Month?

At Popcherry, we know all our shoppers are extremely busy so we've made the 'Skip the Month' option as easy as possible. It's available on desktop and mobile so you'll be able to Skip the Month wherever you are.

It's only 3 simple steps and if you have any issues, feel free to give our helpful Popcherry VIP Membership Service Team a call at (02) 8188 3761 from 11am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 11am - 3pm Saturday to cancel your membership. Please note that all times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time.

  • Log into your Popcherry account by clicking here
  • Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to the Popcherry My Account Dashboard. Click the Billing & Shipping Tab
  • Scroll down to VIP Membership status and click Skip the Month. All done!
The Shop or Skip the Month options are available from the 1st - 5th of every month, 24 hours a day. Popcherry always sends reminder emails to our Popcherry VIP Members between the 1st - 5th of every month. Please note that the website is in Australian Eastern Standard Time
 
Where's my order?

You will receive a shipping dispatch email with a tracking code once your parcel is dispatched from the warehouse. This may take up to 5 hours or slightly longer.

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your junk mail as it’s possible that our confirmation emails may have been incorrectly sent there.
There is also a possibility that we have an incorrect email address linked to your account.
If you believe this is the case, please contact us at support@popcherry.com.au so we can verify your order and resend your confirmation emails.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please refer to our Shipping section for specific times.
We use Australia’s Post Standard and Express shipping services for Australian orders. For international orders, we use DHL eCommerce and Express.

My tracking code doesn’t work.

Sometimes tracking codes don’t become active until 48 hours after dispatch.
If your tracking details do not show up after this period, please contact the Popcherry Support Team at support@popcherry.com.au.

What’s your returns policy?

If you need to return something, please send it back to us within 25 days of purchase.
The item(s) must be unwashed and unworn with labels and tags still attached. We offer store credit for all returns.

For New Zealand customers, Popcherry and DHL are working together to make your lives easier. You can now ship your returns to a local address and we'll ship it from New Zealand to Australia for you. This will allow for faster and cheaper returns for you. Our New Zealand depot is at:

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately Popcherry does not offer exchanges.
Please apply for a return and once we have processed your return, you can use your store credit to purchase again.

How do I make a return?

Where’s my store credit from my Popcherry Return?

To receive store credit, you must have an account with Popcherry.
Once your return has been processed by the Popcherry Returns Team, you will receive an email from us confirming your store credit amount.
Just sign in to your account and your store credit will be available under Payment Method at the Checkout page.
