Where's my order?

You will receive a shipping dispatch email with a tracking code once your parcel is dispatched.
Your tracking number may take up to 5 hours to become active.

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your junk mail as it’s possible that our confirmation emails may have been incorrectly sent there.
There is also a possibility that we have an incorrect email address linked to your account.
If you believe this is the case, please contact us at support@popcherry.com.au so we can verify your order and resend your confirmation emails.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please refer to our Shipping section for specific times.
We use Australia’s Post standard shipping and Express services for all Australian orders and DHL for International orders.

My tracking code doesn’t work.

Some tracking codes don’t become active until 48 hours after dispatch.
If your tracking details do not show up after this period, please contact the Popcherry Support Team at support@popcherry.com.au.

What’s your returns policy?

If you need to return something, please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase.
The item(s) must be unwashed and unworn with labels and tags still attached. We offer store credit for all returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately Popcherry does not offer exchanges.
Please apply for a return and once we have processed your return, you can use your store credit to purchase again.

How do I make a return?

How much does it cost to return an item?

Once you have completed your Returns Request you can use Popcherry’s Returns Portal here at https://returns.auspost.com.au/popcherry<br >We’ve joined together with Australia Post to make sure your returns is as easy as 1,2,3.
All you need to do is fill out your details with payment and voila, you will have a label.
Print it out at home or at any post office and throw it into any red post box.

Please note: The Popcherry Returns Portal is only available to our Australian customers.

Where’s my store credit?

To receive store credit, you must have an account with Popcherry.
Once your return has been processed by the Popcherry Returns Team, you will receive an email from us confirming your store credit amount.
Just sign in to your account and your store credit will be available under Payment Method at the Checkout page.

How can I access my store credit if I checked out as a guest?

Store credit is issued once your return has been processed by the Popcherry Returns Team. To access this credit you will need an account with Popcherry. Please follow the instructions in the Easy Returns at Popcherry section if you checked out as a guest.

Once you are signed into your Popcherry account, your store credit will be available under Payment Method at the Checkout page.

I bought an in stock item with a pre order item. Can I get my in stock item(s) first?

Yes you can. On the Checkout page, make sure to select the ‘I want my item faster’ option for $5 to ensure that you get your in stock item(s) first.
